NO FFL required for ammunition purchases. You must be at least 21 years of age to buy ammunition. We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and money orders. Prices subject to change without notice. There is a possibility that some of the items advertised are out of stock. In this case we will order these items. In the event we cannot get them in a timely manner we will notify you.

Ø      LEGAL
Placing an order implies consent with all the terms and that there are no local, state, or federal laws prohibiting you from receiving these products. Cascade Firearms is not obligated to honor misprinted or incorrectly quoted prices. Cascade Firearms reserves the right to cancel orders without notice.

Ø      SHIPPING
We ship parcel post on applicable orders, and UPS on orders that include ammunition and postal service restricted items. No P.O. Box #'s for shipping address. There is a $13.95 Shipping & Handling charge on all orders shipped inside the continental United States. Some products of larger size or in case quantities will be subject to additional costs! We reserve the right to make this decision on an order by order basis.

Ø      EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Cascade Firearms cannot refund shipping costs. If it is necessary to return merchandise you must notify us for instructions. For a prompt exchanged/refund, please keep your invoice. Merchandise returned will be processed as soon as possible. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Claims must be filed within 30 days of receipt. Please include a letter explaining the reason for the return and a copy of the invoice with your return.

Ø      WARRANTY CLAIMS
All Warranty and Defective Claims MUST be directed to the manufacturer. 

Ø      DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you receive packages damaged in shipment you must make a claim with UPS, or the appropriate carrier. They will instruct you on proper procedure for claim filing.

Ø      RETURNED CHECKS
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
